About this service
Landlords in England must have a satisfactory EICR every five years. Leon Electricians Ltd carries out independent inspection and testing across London and issues a clear, properly coded report you can give straight to your tenants, agent or local authority.
What we do
Domestic EICRs
1–5 bedroom homes and flats, owner-occupied or rented.
Landlord certificates

If the report finds issues we'll quote the remedials separately so you can choose your contractor.
When to call us
- Your existing EICR is over 5 years old (or 10 for owner-occupied)
